2. How do I know if the violation is on private or public property?

Generally the property located between the street and the sidewalk is public property, along with streets, alleys, and parks.

4. What ordinances are enforced in the city limits and in the extra territorial jurisdiction?

The City of Papillion currently enforces all ordinances within the city limits of Papillion. All building and zoning codes are enforced within the city limits and within our two mile extraterritorial jurisdiction.

Yes, a re-roof requires a permit. It will cost $27.50.
