[ARCHIVED] CITY OF PAPILLION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Papillion will hold a public hearing on the 3rd day of October 2023, at 7:00 PM in the City Council Chambers located on the 3rd floor of City Hall, 122 E 3rd St, Papillion, NE 68046 to consider:

Ordinance No. 2011 - A request for a Change of Zone from LI Limited Industrial to LI/PUD-2 Limited Industrial with a Specific Planned Unit Development Overlay for the property legally described as Lots 1 and 2, Commerce Business Centre Replat Eight, generally located at 15350 Shepard Street. The applicant is 88 Tactical. (88 Tactical)

Ordinance No. 2010 - A request for a Change of Zone from AG Agricultural to LI Limited Industrial for the property legally described as Tax Lot 3A1B1 and Tax Lot 3A1B2 located in Section 2, T13N, R11E of the 6th P.M., Sarpy County, NE, generally located on the NE corner of S 156th Street and Capehart Road. The applicant is Prairie Tower Business Park, LLC. (R & R Commerce Park South Two)

Ordinance No. 2005 - Approval of Ordinance No. 2005 to amend § 205-262 (Maximum Permitted Sign Area) of Article XXXVII (Signs), of Chapter 205 Zoning Regulations having to do with the Maximum Permitted Sign Area in the CBD Central Business District. The applicant is the City of Papillion. (CBD District Sign Budget)

Resolution No. R23-0155 - A request for a Preliminary Plat for the property legally described as Tax Lot 3A1B1 and Tax Lot 3A1B2 located in Section 2, T13N, R11E of the 6th P.M., Sarpy County, NE, generally located on the NE corner of S 156th Street and Capehart Road. The applicant is Prairie Tower Business Park, LLC. (R & R Commerce Park South Two)

Resolution No. R23-0156 - A request for a Large Project Special Use Permit for the property legally described as Tax Lot 3A1B1 and Tax Lot 3A1B2 located in Section 2, T13N, R11E of the 6th P.M., Sarpy County, NE, generally located on the NE corner of S 156th Street and Capehart Road. The applicant is Prairie Tower Business Park, LLC. (R & R Commerce Park South Two)

All persons interested in the actions of this body should plan to attend this hearing. Public comment may be provided in writing via email or letter prior to the meeting. Such comments can be addressed to cityclerk@papillion.org or City Clerk, City of Papillion, 122 E 3rd St, Papillion, NE 68046.

An agenda for the meeting is kept continuously current and available for public inspection at the office of the City Clerk during normal business hours.
