Sealed proposals will be received by Terri Valquier, Contract Manager of said City, at Papillion City Hall, 122 E 3rd Street, Papillion, Nebraska 68046, until 3:00 p.m. on the 19th day of June 2023 for the Facilities Janitorial Services.
The extent of the work consists of the daily cleaning for the City of Papillion facilities.
The Request for Proposal (RFP) may be obtained by visiting the City of Papillion web site at http://papillion.org beginning May 4th, 2023. Bidders should check this website periodically for any amendments to this RFP. The posted version of the RFP is the official version. The City will only be bound by the official version of the RFP. Bidders should ensure that they are referencing the most up-to-date version.
The City of Papillion, in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C 2000d to 2000d-4 and Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations, Department of Transportation, Subtitle A, Office the Secretary, Part 21, Nondiscrimination in Federally-assisted programs of the Department of Transportation issued pursuant to such Act, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, minority business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin, sex, age and disability/handicap in consideration for an award.
