Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Papillion will hold a public hearing on the 2nd day of May 2023, at 7:00 PM in the City Council Chambers located on the 3rd floor of City Hall, 122 E 3rd St, Papillion, NE 68046 to consider:
ORD. #1997 – A request for a Change of Zone for the property legally described as Lot 205, Founders Ridge, Sarpy County, NE., generally located on the SW corner of S 126th St and HWY 370. The applicant is Carlson Consulting Engineers. (Founders Ridge (Senior Living))
All persons interested in the actions of this body should plan to attend this hearing. Public comment may be provided in writing via email or letter prior to the meeting. Such comments can be addressed to cityclerk@papillion.org or City Clerk, City of Papillion, 122 E 3rd St, Papillion, NE 68046.
