    Learn how to set up your bike, create a Stages Flight account to reserve bikes and track your ride data, go over terminology that instructors use during a ride and do a short 15-20 min mini class. Ask questions and increase your comfort level with indoor cycling. No previous indoor cycling experience is needed. Bring your cell phone, tablet or lap top to class so you can create your Stages account. Wear exercise clothing and bring a water bottle for the ride.
