Weights & Cardio
The Papillion Landing Community Recreation Center includes state-of-the-art Weights and Cardio areas with a variety of equipment for athletes of all skill levels. The Cardio area also includes stadium-style workout steps and is connected to the elevated walking track, which circles the main 3-court gymnasium.
The Papillion Landing Community Recreation Center offers online orientations for you to watch at your convenience to help you get started on your journey to a healthier lifestyle. Fitness attendants are available at the fitness desk to answer questions you have about using the equipment.
This class is for 12 and 13 year olds and their parents to help them navigate the weight room. They will learn the general rules, basic exercises, how to use the equipment and lifting etiquette. At least 1 parent is required. After successfully completing this course, 12 and 13 year olds will be allowed on the second floor with their parents. This is a one day, up to two-hour class.
- Days: 4th Saturday of each month

- Time: 12:30-2:30 PM
- Fee: Free for Members (Max 6 families)
This class is for 14 and 15 year olds to help them navigate the weight room. They will learn the general rules, basic exercises, how to use the equipment and lifting etiquette. After successfully completing this course, 14 and 15 year olds will be allowed on the second floor on their own. This is a one day, up to two-hour class.
- Days: 2nd Saturday of each month

- Time: 12:30-2:30pm.
- Fee: Free for Members (Max 6 at one time.)
