NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a meeting of the Mayor and City Council of the City of Papillion, Nebraska will be held at 7:00 p.m. on November 2, 2021, in the Chrysalis Event Center at Papillion Landing, 1046 W Lincoln St, Papillion, NE 68046. This meeting will be open to the public. Public comment can always be provided in writing via email or letter prior to the meeting. Such comments can be addressed to cityclerk@papillion.org or City Clerk, City of Papillion, 122 E 3rd St, Papillion, NE 68046. An agenda for the meeting is kept continuously current and available for public inspection at the office of the City Clerk, temporarily located at 330 W Halleck St, during normal business hours. Ordinance No. 1946 – An ordinance to annex certain real estate to the City of Papillion, Nebraska, and to provide for an effective date thereof. Ordinance No. 1947 – An ordinance to change the official Zoning Map of the City of Papillion in accordance with Section 205-32 of the Papillion Municipal Code to adopt a Zoning Map and to apply existing or future zoning regulations, property use regulations, building ordinances, electrical ordinances, plumbing ordinances, and all other regulatory ordinances of the City of Papillion pursuant to Neb. Ordinance No. 1948 – An ordinance to detach certain real estate from the City of Papillion, Nebraska, and to provide for an effective date thereof. City of Papillion Notice of Conveyance of Real Estate

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Papillion City Council adopted Ordinance No. 1944 on the 5th day of October, 2021, which authorizes the Mayor to sign a Quitclaim Deed conveying and transferring City property as described herein to 86 & 370 Group, LLC:

ROSE STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY LOCATED IN PART OF THE NE1/4 OF THE SE1/4 OF SECTION 34, TOWNSHIP 14 NORTH, RANGE 12 EAST OF THE 6TH P.M., SARPY COUNTY, NEBRASKA.

If within thirty days after the passage and publication of this ordinance a valid remonstrance petition against such sale is signed by registered voters of the city equal in number to thirty percent of the registered voters of the city voting at the last regular municipal election held therein and is filed with the City Council of the City of Papillion, the property shall not then, nor within one year thereafter, be sold pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. § 16-202.
