NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a meeting of the Mayor and City Council of the City of Papillion, Nebraska will be held at 7:00 p.m. on June 18, 2019, in the City Hall Council Chambers, 122 East Third Street, Papillion, NE 68046. This meeting will be open to the public. An agenda for the meeting is kept continuously current and available for public inspection at the office of the City Clerk. Requests for any special accommodations should be made to the City Clerk at least forty-eight hours prior to the time of the meeting.

CITY OF PAPILLION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Papillion, Nebraska will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 18, 2019, at 7:00 P.M. at the City Hall Council Chambers, 122 East Third Street Papillion, NE 68046. The purpose of the hearing is to consider an application for Moving a Building or Structure Permit. One building is to be moved from its present location at 1701 Hardwood Dr, Papillion, NE, to its future location at 10520 S 123rd Ave, Papillion, NE. The applicant for this request is Papillion Public Schools. Anyone interested in the actions of this body should be in attendance at this hearing.

CITY OF PAPILLION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Papillion will hold public hearings on the 26th day of June 2019, at 7:00 PM at the City Hall Council Chambers, 122 East Third St., Papillion, NE 68046 to consider:

A Change of Zone from R-2 Single-Family Residential (Medium-Density) to R-4 Multiple-Family Residential and a Special Use Permit to allow for building additions and parking lot modifications related to the Secondary Educational Facility located on the property legally described as Tax Lot 2, located in Section 23, T14N, R12E of the 6th P.M., Sarpy County, NE, generally located at 402 E Centennial Rd. The applicant is Papillion La Vista Community Schools. (Papillion – La Vista High School)

A Preliminary Plat and Change of Zone from AG Agricultural to R-3 Urban Family Residential for the property legally described as the E ½ of the SE ¼ of the SW ¼ of Section 2, T13N, R12E of the 6th P.M., Sarpy County, NE, generally located NE of S 80th St and Capehart Rd. The applicant is Shadow Lake 2, LLC. (Shadow Lake 2 (Phase 2))
